Woo began her career in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2018 as a behavior technician. Since then, she has provided services across a variety of settings, including public schools, day schools, home-based programs, and residential placements.
She earned her Master of Science in Behavior Analysis from Western New England University in 2022 and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2023. Her master’s thesis examined the use of distance learning to teach parents how to conduct preference assessments.
Woo is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Behavior Analysis at Western New England University. Her research interests include expanding individuals’ leisure repertoires and increasing meaningful, functional interactions with their environment to enhance quality of life.
