Step 1: Initial Consultation
Families reach out to our team to learn more about the After School ABA program, discuss their
child’s needs and schedule, and ask any questions. We walk you through the process from start to finish.
Step 2: Developmental Assessment
We complete a comprehensive assessment to understand your child’s strengths, developmental
priorities, and individual goals. This guides how we design your child’s personalized after school program.
Step 3: Personalized Program Design
Based on the assessment, our team creates an individualized program plan tailored to your child’s needs, interests, and current skill level. Sessions are play-based, structured, and built
around what motivates your child.
Step 4: After School Sessions Begin 1 PM – 6 PM
Your child attends after school sessions at our Woburn center. Our qualified ABA therapists
provide consistent 1:1 support, structured group activities, and engaging routines in a safe and nurturing space.
Step 5: Ongoing Family Communication & Support
